Orders are not shipped. EVER.

All Seed will be Pheasants Forever Seed for Pollinators, Wildlife, and Restoration.

A reminder email or a mailed post card will be sent to you a few weeks before pick-up.

If you are unable to pickup your order on the scheduled date, you must make other arrangements. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen seed that is not picked up on the scheduled pickup date.

We do not guarantee survival. Our liability ceases when seed is delivered to buyer or custom planter.

The district reserves the right to cancel orders and refund payments due to reasons beyond our control.

No refunds on orders cancelled after ordering deadline (March 6th, 2026). Cancelled orders paid by credit card will be charged for credit card processing fees.
